Welcome to HeyVIP. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and HeyVIP ("heyvip", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the heyvip platform, including all games, payment services, promotions, and any other features available at heyvip.io.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the heyvip platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the heyvip platform.

HeyVIP is operated by a licensed gaming entity. These Terms apply to all players regardless of the device or method used to access heyvip — whether through a web browser, the heyvip mobile app, or any other means.

To register and use a HeyVIP account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. HeyVIP does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a HeyVIP employee or contractor.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the heyvip platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

HeyVIP reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned minus any amounts already wagered.

Each player is permitted to hold only one HeyVIP account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering your heyvip account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your heyvip account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify HeyVIP immediately.

• One account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any other person.
• HeyVIP will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
• HeyVIP may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals.

HeyVIP accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash and Nagad. These are the only supported payment methods on the heyvip platform. No other payment methods are currently accepted.

Deposits are credited to your heyvip account instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. HeyVIP is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems, network issues, or incorrect payment details entered by the player.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Maximum deposit per transaction: ৳50,000 (subject to payment provider limits)
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered player — are strictly prohibited.
• HeyVIP does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

HeyVIP reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any deposit. This is part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of funds pending investigation.

HeyVIP processes withdrawal requests to the same bKash or Nagad account used for the player's most recent deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Under normal operating conditions, heyvip processes withdrawal requests within one hour of submission. During periods of high demand or for accounts undergoing identity verification, processing times may be longer. HeyVIP will notify you if your withdrawal is subject to additional review.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction: ৳100,000 (subject to account verification status)
• Withdrawals are only processed to accounts registered in the player's own name.
• Players must complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• HeyVIP does not charge withdrawal fees, but payment provider charges may apply.

HeyVIP reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal payments pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, heyvip will notify the player and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

HeyVIP offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence.

General bonus rules that apply to all heyvip promotions unless otherwise stated:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless otherwise stated.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless heyvip explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• HeyVIP reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

All games available on the heyvip platform use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and verified. The outcomes of all games are genuinely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any player or by heyvip.

Each game on heyvip has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet. HeyVIP is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual results.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be declared void and any stakes will be returned to the player.
• HeyVIP reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of a system error.
• The use of automated betting tools, bots, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the heyvip platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Creating more than one account on heyvip.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the heyvip platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds from a payment account that does not belong to you.
• Abusing the heyvip bonus system in any way.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing heyvip staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

HeyVIP actively monitors player activity for signs of prohibited conduct. If you become aware of any prohibited conduct by another player, please report it to our support team at [email protected].

HeyVIP is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take our responsibility to protect players from the harms of problem gambling seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all heyvip players from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your heyvip account.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders to alert you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from gaming by temporarily suspending your account for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the heyvip platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check: Receive regular pop-up notifications showing how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered in the current session.

HeyVIP collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering a heyvip account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, and comply with legal obligations.
• HeyVIP does not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• HeyVIP may share your data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

All content on the heyvip platform — including but not limited to the heyvip logo, brand name, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of HeyVIP or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the heyvip platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any heyvip content without prior written permission.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on heyvip content.
• Use the heyvip brand name, logo, or trademarks in any way without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any heyvip software.
• Use heyvip content for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of heyvip intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HeyVIP's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the heyvip platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

HeyVIP is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the heyvip platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.
• Losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or errors beyond heyvip's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses arising from the actions of third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits heyvip's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

HeyVIP reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, heyvip will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the heyvip platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. HeyVIP recommends reviewing these Terms at least once every three months.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HeyVIP is licensed to operate. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through heyvip's internal complaints process will be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or an independent dispute resolution body.

HeyVIP's internal complaints process is the first step for resolving any dispute. To raise a complaint, contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. HeyVIP will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.
